i know this has been done to death but can these scoobs and evos get any uglier do they think is it like uglier things (like birds) try harder and do more than prettier cars

come on wouldn`t we all be happy if we had lexus is200 with the drivetrains of scoobs or evos

it must be possible mustn`t it

i think the new mazda 6 mps looks pretty nice but then again, i once hated the way an evo6 looked. now i adore it

Doesn't do a thing for me I'm afraid. Plus of course, all the image of a "Japanese BMW", with little of the power. is200 owners must like their Rice Pudding with the skin on...

I guess this is one of the reasons people like Mazda now have 100 per cent European people in charge of key areas.

not everyone reckons scoobys are ugly, like the chicks round my way who say how nice my scooby is , along with most other people who see and comment on it, the only people to call scoobys ugly seem to be the scooby owners themselves?

 

Generally though, Japanese cars have gone through an ugly period. I own a german car at the moment but have had two Japanese cars in the past. Look at the Toyota Corolla that has recently been replaced, that was such an ugly characterless car, the Corolla before was alright and it's not so bad again now. Or the previous Accords, so bland and ugly, shame when you consider what excellent engines they have. I want to change to a Scooby and do find some variations so ugly I just couln't do it, but others look fine.

 

We mustn't forget that the original Ford Sierra was regarded as ugly when it first came out.
Now it's regarded as a classic!

The blobeye looks too much like an is200 for my liking, yeh the STi looks good but the standard WRX has got Lexus written all over it.
