Haven't posted for about 3 years now...
I just put an order down for a black MY03 WRX STI with Prodrive engine upgrade and the new 18" wheel option.
Being sitting around with my MY97 UK 2000 thinking about upgrading but I've never been happy with the new shape. Saw the new MY03 photos and just went for it...4.6secs, holy moly.

Anyone else put an order in yet? Do you reckon there's gonna be major demand for these?

Nice choice Ted, I might be able to part with my MY00 for one of those.

 

Didn't have prices, the dealer order system didn't even have it as an option yet. The dealer said they'd expect the price to be similar to current (not inc the £3K reduction), maybe a touch more. The Prodrive as you know is £2K and I'll probably have to pay another £500 for the upgraded wheels. All in I'm pushing £30K.

 

Buy one in Europe they are bound to be cheaper!!! and guess what they still come from Prodrive.

 

Ted when will you get delivery of it.
I am seriously thinking of upgrading my STi 7 for one.

Sounds gd i what a ride in it (when it arives)
All thought i am not 100% shor about the new scooby (front lihgts)
but i bet it drives better than the rest (thats what counts!!)

 

Dealer's told me sometime in Feb. Basically as soon as they get in the new MY03, add PPP then it's mine. I'm first on their order list for MY03's so cross fingers...
