A thousand apologies if this was covered in the recent thread on 'how to make scoobynet a better place etc' but I didn't have time to read all of it (although bits I read were full of some real valid points)

Mods... what are the chances of having a 'slag off' forum or similar?

So many threads are ending up in personal slagging matches with little relevance to the original topic these days especially during the school holidays

ie. Pathfinders recent accident ends up as a VW Polo v Manta SR thread with a lovely personal slant added in

Then if you wanted to start a personal war against someone who probably means well in the first place then you could either start it there or if mods had time then move it into the 'slag them off forum'...

I don't want to re-start the whole debate again but just thought it would be a good way to keep the general forum clearer.

My personal opinion is that it will turn into personal vendettas.. sad but reflects some people attitudes.

I also thought that might be the case but in a funny way would make interesting reading to some and may keep the general area tidier..surely the personal vendettas would then be better there than here?

I don't think that would stop it in the other forums, perhaps limit it elsewhere but maybe not. The creation of such a forum to me would mean it's ok to have these impersonal-personal attacks in the first place which is not why I visit Scoobynet.

To stop arguing we could have a FAT and FATTEST Forum if it makes you feel better.

Should take away at least 80% of traffic from the rest of the board
