How.. I hear you say..
Well normally I drive a Vtec Honda Civic.. nippy and fairly decent road holding for what I do to the poor car but not much grunt.. not like the SCOOBY!
The tale begins...Last night my car got the lock keyed... the steering column broken.. ignition damaged beyond use and the CD was almost removed but damaged everything with in a 10cm radius... The G*ts also nicked my Free AA Fire extinguisher, torch and first aid kit ( okay so the latter wasn't such a big deal...)
So with my car imovable and lots of driving to do.. Hubby - 'GreenMachine' leant me his Scoob.. never had so much fun doing the shopping!
(well except all the other times I have driven the scoob).
You see... there is always an up side to everything.. you just have to find it!![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I was considering upgrading to the TypeR or even a scoob of my own.., but we can't fit both in the garage...![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Although it does make you wonder whether it is worth getting a decent car if all the torags in the area are going to do is nick it with an excess to pay every time they do??!!!!!??????
Okay rant over![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Vix,
At least they didn't try for the Scoob.![Stick Out Tongue](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
Get a DiskLok for the Civic and they're less likely to target it. The downside is you won't get to drive the Scooby into town either.![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Disclock... or Scooby... Hmmm difficult one that!
Where's cheap on Scoob insurance for cute young blondes these days?? (that's the only downside to the scoob owning club).... ;/
