Thumbs up

I get the VERY same effect when I go camping - car full, top-box full, Folding Camper on the back!!!!

In fact - a mystery has always haunted me, the tyres rub on the inside of the wheel arches!!! its a bloody pain in the 4rse!!

Pete

Surely Juninhos car MUST also do the same??? By the name I assume you are a BORO supporter?? How many will we beat Newcastle by tonight??

Sorry posted in here but please don't move to suspension coz nobody goes in there

Would much appreciate pictures posted here of classic scooby's (side on pref) with lowering springs, also put up what make the springs are.

This will give people like me help in deciding which to buy, I was told to go for Eibach but don't think the drop will be dramatic enough for me

Cheers
James

Talking

Is the ability of the spring in handling terms not the most important thing to consider? Surely, the drop is a very distant second?

Mutant_mat, yeah handling should take preference but I'd rather have better looks, just don't wanna be dissapointed when going to the trouble of fitting. Don't think the car will handle badly with Spax or H&R springs.
I admit in the hands of a skilled driver against the clock Eibach's setup would probably be best on a race track, but for my drive to work and weekend fun I can't see I'll be dissapointed.

Or is anyone dissapointed with their's?

Juninho, this is the sort of thing I wanted to see, cheers mate
Has your spoiler put dents in your boot lid?
Would of thought so with the downforce that thing must create combined with the paper panels on scoob's

I put Eibachs on my Sport, the difference. Standard I could clench my fist and put it between the tyre and wheel arch, now my fist doesnt go in, dropped a good inch all round. I know you will say thats only a Sport but the springs fitted are Sport Springs not Turbo as the Turbo is heavier on the front and have the same effect. And it has made the car better in every way. Eibachs are well worth the money. Go for it.
