Really sad to see that someone has to delete my topic. It might have made people think twice about driving stupidly.
You allow alot of trash on this forum yet when a 'sensibly' written topic comes along, you delete it.

I doubt it was the topic of your post, it was more you mentioning blame for an accident by quoting hearsay.

Mods have to be very careful as they could get in big trouble, so understandably delete "just in case"

So what is your problem??? You can put your point across without using an example which you exaggerate things on.

From what I saw it went like this: PopeyeP1's mate said of another member "if he carries on driving like that he'll end up killing someone", then some time later the 'other member' did end up killing someone. I think the association between the two is in the mind of the reader -- as bare facts there's no argument.

erm ....How about the fact you don't actually know who's fault this "accident" was, and assigning blame by quoting hearsay is not really on (sorry popeye not having a go again)

I suspect you know full well the status of the incident you mentioned in your post.

On request of the familes involved any discussion of the incident in question is being kept off the BBS, so as not to bring further distress.

If you cannot understand that, then I would go and take a long look at your priorities. I've no problem with convoy behavoir being discussed, so long as it does not make any damaging and hurtful supposition and gossip. But this thread is now locked, for the above reason.
