Did anyone else notice the UK300 in the closing edits of TG, I guess that they are going to feature the UK300 next week?

Darren.

Darren,
Was it the UK300 or the new Sti destined for Europe. May have been the Sti as it was launched this week so I imagine a few hacks will be out there testing them.

Looked like a UK300 to me! Very surprised if they do a article on it as its been around for 3-4 months. We will have to wait and see.

I thought it was the STi at first, but it was the UK300, because I video'd TG, so I could rewind it to check.Mark

Perhaps IM slipped a well stuffed brown envelope in their back pocket. A bit of publicity to clear old stock before the STI is launched! Hope Tiff is up to his usual highly entertaining self.

Just what I was about to write...

UK300 - a really insignificant car I think, so why now, 3 months after are they featuring it?

Because TG is going to be canned by the BBC before the STi becomes available.

Don't know how reliably this is but "MY MATE" at the BBC( Asst producer on kids programming stuff(Cossie owner)) said it was definatly the Sti they are reviewing but thought they would get away with shots of the UK300
BUT PLEASE DON'T QUOTE ME

Don't expect a warm response from Mr Needell. All he ever seems to go on about when he drives a scoob on TV is understeer.

Correct me if I am wrong but they film the series way before it goes out don't they?

So why the big surprise at the UK300?

They don't make each programme the same week as transmission, so how on earth could it be an STi
