Has anyone ever had an LPG conversion fitted?

The car in question is;

1999 Subaru Turbo Sportswagon

 

I've seen a few posts on here before and I'm pretty sure some people had it done, can't remember who and whom by.
I seem to remember that Subaru’s are better off using "direct-gas injection systems" to prevent backfire, things have probably moved on since then though.
