I'm now the proud owner of an MY01,as of Sat.

I seem to remember reading that it was the done thing to wave at other Scoobs. I've tried this, but nobody waves back :-(.

Am I wrong?

Do I have to wave at Legacys?

On an unrelated topic - what's the best MPG anybody's achieved? Guess it's not the sort of thing to brag about, but it passed the time waiting for the first 1000 miles to go by

 

Look at the wheels first:-

Proper Silver wheels = wave

Marigold wheels = Limp wristie does fine

One week (500 miles) with a Legacy B4, and I've not managed a response from any of the 4 scoobys I've flashed / waved at.

I have had a few wave is mine already and I've only had it a few days. So getting about 32 mpg. This should drop to 28ish when I get use to it. After all it is an Auto.

Have to admit missing a MY01 the other day though...it was coming towards me, and i was thinking "what the hells this with the scooby look-a-like scoop on the front"...... realised what it was as he went past, <B>Doh!</B>

Your brother doesn't race World Super Bikes does he. Did a 300 mile run 85 ish 30 MPG? when it had 1000 miles on engine
