Great news for Petter, but like the others, I saw this before I had a chance to view coverage of the last day.
Everyone else had done well not to post spoilers all weekend.
I guess there had to be one though.....

Sorry, I didn't know about any agreement or that it was like a footy match
I thought those who were bothered would have kept up to date via the WRC site like I did though.
Apologies if I have spoilt it for anyone, I was just trying to express my joy for the win and let people know
I'll get my coat......

Get a grip folks! Oh if you are supposed to be such good fans then why the hell weren't you following it on the net like the rest of us!

Petter always seems to think he may get the odd result, but doesn't seem to think he is in a championship contending car. O.k Petter has been let down by his car sometimes, but not as much as Subaru have been let down by Makkinen.

Fantastic result for Petter, superb first stage this morning where he took over 20s from Markko, on a stage better suited to the Ford!
A bit nerve racking due the suspension failure - but came through to win - also great news to have a Welshman in the passenger seat win his first WRC on home soil.
And to top it off Petter leap frogs everyone from seventh to take second place in the overall championship.
Best rally of the year!

PS Wasn't it funny to see Burns go off - smiling at his crap fortune
PPS Even funnier was David Lapworths comment that of all the drives Burns could have had, he picked the only car that he can't drive
