You must be the guy that had the post a few weeks ago about kids throwing stuff at your car. Wow it would be hard not to go into Vigilante mode after that happens. Sorry to see this happen. Even though its not my car still makes me very angry about it. If your not the same person that posted a week back then somthing similar happened to another scoobynetter. What can u do.

Sorry to hear your bad news but paying a good bodyshop is gonna be you're only option unfortunately

Dentmaster can only do it if the paint hasn't been broken, chipsaway do...well, chips but that dent is gonna need a bit of filler so to get a good colour match it's gonna need the whole bonnet painting, in an ideal world you'd blow the tops of the wings in too

BOB.T - Its not a dent, only damage to the paint! So chipsawyay then......

How it happened - Whilst driving at night through a 30mph (Bell 550 going bananas, so going 25ish, I get a thud on the off side rear of my car. I turn around, no one in sight, another few laps of the street, still no sign of anybody. When I pulled over, I was greated will egg yolk running down my paintwork. I immediatly jet washed the area and applied Mur. Thats when I found the paint damage........w@nkers!!!

Try chips away then, I've heard good things about them on here, never used them personally so don't have a number for them!

I had an egg chucked at my car too, bastids![img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] I have a Fiesta though so who gives a ****! Having said that though, my paint came away unscathed

I can sympathise totally - it was me that got egged on halloween - a real pi$$er. My egg damage looks just like yours xcept mine is on the join of the front wing and bonnet and bug eye (well was I got morettes now!).

I think the evil little gits should be made to lick every scrap up - oh now I feel another tirade comming on.....

I would be interested to see how you manage to sort the damage - can you post another pic when sorted ?

They ran a story kids trick, or treating in the milton Keynes citizen. They had targeted the staff at the school and some got bricks through the window etc. The head of the school expelled the lot (good on her). But, now the parents are appealing, trying to get the little kers back in school. Parents say quote "it was just a bit of high jinx".

Chuck a brick through their window, see if they find that funny.

Chipsaway have quoted £175 to sort out both marks + a bird crap stain + whatever else they find (as the paint will be mixed up). Booked in for mid January! I will post the "after pics" in due course........
