As there don't appear to be any cars left for sale, I doubt they'll be any deals. However, some finance companies do contract hire on low lieage used cars, so it might be worth contacting a few dealers.
I always used to do contract hire, until I got my first Impreza. The quotes I've had have always been very high, so I went down the PCP route.

I have just been offered a car by a dealer on contract hire- there are some type UKs available still but all the prodrives are now sold.
The quote I got was fairly good- just seeing what else it out there.
