Help needed with a DR Motorsport Spoiler (MY01)

I purchased a DR Motorsport MY01 Spoiler and when my local dealer has tried to fit it they have said it does not seem to fit the contour of the boot.
ALso I know you have to drill more fitting holes but what has anyone else done to achieve this, whats the best way to fit it.

(PCB) has one. Yea new holes were required and he had to have bungs put in two old holes that were left exposed. I think a small amount of filler was required.
No doubt he'll spot this soon and report first hand.
