Welcome Ram. We'd all love a 22b and there are a few on here who are lucky enough to have one! Have you been up to Cross Country Vehicles yet? They are just up the road from Witney at a place called Hailey and are very friendly bunch. I used to live in Witney during my school years so know the place well.

Best wishes

Tim

Ram,

Welcome! I have just got a TT company motor and so have been reading your board for a few weeks and has been pretty useful.

All the best,

Lo m8,
welcome aboard Hope you have many happy hours reading the drivle thats get posted here Glad your looking to be something other than a 1 post wonder

Urg those signatures are not very fashonable on these boards though For the love of god plz remove it, I hope this doesn't start a trend.

The problem with the audi-sport is there aren't that many memebers and the post rate is nothing compared to scoobynet as my m8 on Audisport (BenP) pointed out.

Dizzy

P.S. mmmm RS4 if I ever wanted a estate.....

Welcome to Scoobynet.

I think we swapped details on the Le850 diffuser group buy earlier in the year. One thing about scoobynet that has surprised me since I joined was the extent to which the owners of other marques of cars are represented here(BMW,Ford,VW,Audi,Mitsubishi, Nissan etc etc).

Of course this leads to mine vs yours banter but on the whole if you have a question, someone here usually has the answer. The same goes here as it does for the Audi BBS, you get out what you put in

Hi Ram,

I had an Audi 90 Quattro which got me hooked on this 4x4 thing.

Nice but I prefer the scoob.

Hi RAM,

I am more used to speaking to you on the Audi-sport BBS! I visit this site regularly even though I don't post as much as I do on the Audi site.

Both good sites if you ask me.

Thanks everyone for such a warm and friendly welcome!

OK the signature has gone, I'm not sure who Vicky with the Corsa is, and I do know uncle Rod at Cross Country Vehicles - seems like such a small world!

I hope to get to know you guys better as time goes by - I'm currently in the US at the moment, so I'll be back home at the end of the month. Scoobys are pretty rare over here, but there is a 2.5 litre WRX Impreza sitting in the car park - 2 door - never seen one of those before - anyone have any info?

I'll try posting a few photo links tomorrow when I have my camera!

Thanks again to everyone!

Best wishes,

Ram

Oh no they are not

The USA 2.5 is not a WRX as it does not have a turbo as standard.

Mine however does

Since the introduction of the new shape WRX here they are everywhere, well at least in the Seattle area

Welcome. Nice to see a friendly post from a Newbie! I love your S4. Shame if you have no signature that folk will not notice your link as I had a good read about all the modifications you've done to it. I bet it drives so well it would give a 22b a run for its money and then some. Those VAG engines sure are tunable - that's 185bhp up on standard. Scooby engines are not quite so good for tuning I think it is fair to say, so I hope you wouldn't be too disappointed if you got one.
