I have to agree in general, although our boys are the exceptions to the rule
Loix just crashes at higher speed and more often than any one else, hence my comment. Although he's been more disciplined this year. Last year was his finest yet

Pete, so true, Loix must be a major financial contributor to Mitsubishis rally team...that guy is even worse than Petter.
We're soon back again, have U got summat to sell us?

Freddy Loix is a world class driver and a very friendly guy. I met him in Punchestown a few months back where he showed Richard Burns a thing or three.
An accident is all part of rallying. If you dont have an accident, your not trying hard enough.
I would have said Colin McRae was king of high speed accidents, not freddy.

Loix ain't a bad driver at all. The evo 6 was built around Makinen who has a totally different driving style. Freddy helped developing the Corolla WRC. He was a strong contender when he was driving that car. If I remember correctly he almost took victory at Portugal in 98. Then he switched to Mitsubishi where he never really took off (well he did actually, but not in the good way...) because the car didn't suit his style.
I wonder what he'll be able to do with the new WRC, which he helped develop also.
As a fellow Belgian I followed his career closely. I think you can compare him as what Barrichello is to Schumacher. a number 2, there to test stuff and get some points and help the number 1 driver in the team.

Im only quoting what was said on Autosport.
Makinen's manager confirmed that Makinen was testing the Impreza this week and had already been in discussions with Citroen.
No faults mate.
