Thumbs down

I've currently got my Scoob in the Trader via a friend who'se managing the sale for me (Less hastle for me!). He keeps getting calls from a company called CAR DATA.

Does anyone know of their reputation, or had dealing with them ?

Cheers

Mark

They are still trying to sell my car (I sold it 7 years ago), I haven't had a single phone call.

Keep it in Autotrader.

Same with me, I never had a single call. I always and only use the Auto Trader now, don't forget the "no agencies" tag in your adverts.

The Deal goes something like :

Pay Car Data £70 and they do loads of work, introduce a buyer and then refund you £50! - or you give them £70 they do nothing and keep all of it....I avoided them - sounded like a scam - It took about 10 calls from them to convince them I wasn't interested....

Car data

DON'T DO IT

They took £70 from be a few years ago when selling my old Beemer. No calls from them. P/X the car and I recieved a 'credit' from them to use with them again...no chance.
