my release bearing just went i got a whole new clutch from importcarparts.co.uk for 170 and a lightened flywheel from thamesvalleymotorsport.co.uk for 140, fitting it ourselves as with a ramp it isnt that bad a job and saves 250 quid labour

If there's one thing I hate doing is changing the clutch which involves removing the gearbox. I've done this waaaay too many times this year and I'd gladly pay someone else to do it for me. The smell of gearbox oil lasts for weeks.
