This afternoon whilst driving down a back lane in the Rover a fairly big branch from one of the tree's that over hang the road broke off and landed on the front of the car, smashing all the front grill off. Who ever owns the tree's, its their duty to lop off dangerous over hanging branches, but where do I stand, are they responsable for the damage to my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
