Hi SonicG... I am also new to the scene, and hopefully will get to meet a few owners as well... Unlike you, I have only started watching this BB since March of this year, I only wished that I viewed this a lot earlier.... Anyway, do you have scooby..?? if so tell us more..!!

HI oj,
I have been in the scene for a while but never really got into it very much. I have owned an STI 5 Type R since new. The car has been very good covering 50000 miles with NO probs! Yes, NO probs. Well, i lied! I have gone through a few MAF's but thats it. It gets treated to an oil change by my local dealer every 3000 miles and gets thrashed pretty often. A lot of the chaps that i know are pretty surprised that nothing has popped in the engine as yet and to be truthfull so am i. Well anyway, i now want a load of power so i have decided to go for a rebuild with a dustbin sized turbo so i joined on the board to ask peoples advice, give advice and let people know how the rebuild is going and hopefully post the results when its finished.

Hi Guys new guy myself but instead of being cautious jumped straight in and got a real roasting in muppet show strangly really enjoyed it and learned alot. Generally a bunch of lunatics. Yet from what I have seen they really know their stuff and pass it on. Regards to dealers found them to be real pants I'm letting the lads at Scoobysport look after mine. In my opinion if going to have any work done post it on here and ask for recommendations

see ya soon
