Is there anyone on the BBS who has had the snapp= off kit/wheel fitted? I`m thinking of buying it for my soopy...are they as secure as the company says it is? and how do the insurance companies see it?

I remember seeing a post on this a few months back. The point someone made on that thread is that there could be a problem with the airbag. If you can get around this let me know.

my supra does not have an airbag, so in that respect there should be no problem, I`m thinking of getting it and just want to know if any one has fitted one and what they think.

Probably no help at all but.
My brother fitted one to his Golf GTI don't think his insurance gave him much discount though. When his girlfriend was in the passenger seat complaining he took the whhel off and offered it to her with 'you f&^*ing drive then'![](http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif)
There was a story a while back about the police chasing a car which subsequently crashed to find the wheel was a snap-off and the thief driving with a pair of molegrips attached to the shaft.
