URGENT: Unerase help please?

Sorry that this has been dropped in here, but I need some help.

I need to undelete 2 x 2gig files (ghost image files) on one of my secondary hard drives. I know they're there, and nothing has written to the drive (to my knowledge)

Norton Unerase doesn't see them, but Drive/File Scavenger does, however can't recover them properly.

Can anyone help please?

One of my 2GB files was cross-linked so I lost it all

Thanks anyway.

Used Encase in the end.
