Race Track or Rally Day?

My wife has bought me a "Driving Experience" day for Christmas and I can either go on a race track and drive a Formula Ford single seater or go to a rally school and play with a rally car. Both courses give tuition and practice etc.
Question is, which do I do? I've never done either and the rallying sounds like it might be more fun, but then the racetrack might teach me useful roadcraft for when I'm out in my scoob.
What does anyone think? The race car venues I could attend are either Llanelli (Carmarthenshire), Corby (Northants) or Mallory Park (Leics) and the rally venues would be Enstone (Oxon) or Pershore (Worcs). Can anyone recommend any of these as being particularly good?
Thanks for any thoughts,
Paul.

ive done the race day at pembrey, brilliant, the single seater is really great, i was there about twelve months ago, you get taken around in a honda civic vtec, shown all the lines and braking points, then you drive it, then you go out in the single seater, really quick, it was pouring down when i was there so there was some sideways at silly speeds in someone elses car
ive done a rally day at Phil Price rallyschool, you learn on a clay figure of eight in a mk2 escort, all slow, mainly 2nd gear but fun, then out round a forest stage in a escort cossie, crap though as its only rwd, i was there courtesy of mitsi though so i was taken around flat out in a group n evo 6 !!!!

Thanks chaps, this is all food for thought.
I'm veering towards the Welsh racing option so that we can make a weekend of it and enjoy a little Welsh hospitality.
