Just attending an RTA outside our office on Earls Way in Halesowen.
An unmarked silver Skoda Octavia Turbo. reg. BU** DKJ...
"Let's be careful out there"
PS - The RTA, is a Rover 25 that I heard screaming around the roundabout and then a coupla seconds later heard the smash. Think he came of the roundabout and got (lift-off/wet/diesel?) oversteer and went headlong into a pavement barrier. Made a total mess of the front end. Ooops...

Interesting uniform the driver is wearing...Motorcycle boots, black leather trousers, black polo shirt, reflective jacket and a peaked cap. Boots are undone too - He looks like a pikey!
