Hi all,

After months of sitting in the background looking around, we have finally registered!!

We are well known for our Skylines but we also have a Forester with HKS bits on, they fly!

Happy to be here!......

Hello Mr. Barnes

Good to see you on here. I saw your R34 in Jap performance. For those who havent read it yet just take a look......

0-60 : 2.98s
1/4 mile :11.5s
500m :13.1
Top speed (so far): 215mph

VERY nice. How much did you spend on the engine alone? £14/15k at least.

So when are you going to do a Scooby project, Hmmmm? Are you wanting a donor car perchance Com'on you know you want to make the first UK 500bhp Subaru. DO IT!

All the best with SumoPower M8,

Neil.

Thanks everyone, what a warm welcome and nice to see some whom know us being that we are mainly Skyline / Evo guys.

We have just set up a deal to support you guys and the scene on here with a banner advertisement as I have always had a look around on here but never posted up and its about time.

Yep, the R34 Skyline in Japanese Performance is my car, for those whom dont get the magazine due to location, we have some extra copies, email me ( info@sumopower.com )and I will forward one to you if you want to see it in its glory. At the time of going to press and the article was written the figures were correct but they are now improved as follows :-

592bhp, 432 at the wheels
512 ftlbs of torque

The car is now covered up, waiting on a new engine spec, with a tad more power, hehe, you should see it out and about in the next couple of months with any luck.

Anyway, didnt come here to talk Skylines, although I can and will if you want, theres no stopping me on that subject, more about our Forester. Bought it for my baby sister, its got a HKS Hiper muffler, HKS SQV, HKS Downpipe and induction kit, all basic really but it flys through the gears now after we fitted this stage 1 bits. As an all-power mad person, whats the best Scooby around then and at what figures? Is there someone promenent that is the equivilent of Gary at GT ART in the Skyline world in the Scooby world? Is there alot between Forester's and Scoobys in performance terms? Ours is the STI version, had a scooby previously but it was about 4 years at least ago.

Hi mate!

Bob Rawle (see the BRD banner) is the main mapper on here... Pete Croney (aka Scoobysport) are probably the biggest specialist, followed closely by Scoobymania and TSL!

But too be honest most of the big power scoobies are little less high profile than big power skylines and not as willing to post specs etc...

Oh and we're particularly keen on HKS FCON PRO PRO PRO PRO bits here

You got any piccies of the forester then?
