Teh v-lims are normally the highest spec just extra kit. I dont know speciifc about the V3, but probably better interior and maybe a few more toys and a limited edition plaque.

Its essentially the same car underneath just a better environment and that fact you have 1 of limited production run. I would always go for v-lims without having to think about it.
