MY 03 - before or after March
#4
Same here. I pick mine up on Friday 31st Feb ontrade plates. Just been to see the demo car in the show room. It looks great but seems to sit a little high on the springs.
MY03 on an 03 plate seems good to me

Steve,
I was not really sure what to expect,
i have had mine on order since they were annouced, but i never got down to the motor show to check it out, and i am impessed now that i have seen it, the front end is a massive improvment over the MY02, although i am sure the front end will suffer from stone chips, the bonnet scoop, mmmm still not sure about this but i think i can live with it, inside is a vast improvment over my current car MY00 PPP,
Current plans for the new car are,
a,Pimp tints (not to dark)
b,New set of wheels (not a fan of gold)
c,New ICE
d,PPP or ECUTEC upgrade
e,New Matching baby seat
Mark
Nice to here from you,
Car is ordered through Stan Palmers Carlisle, current plan is for me to trade my car, or if you know anyone sell it private, but not really that fussed either way
you can check out my current car on my website

Phil,
I think the front end is a massive improvement although I do hope it doesn't chip as much as my P1!
The inside is good but as you said, the ICE looks usual Subaru low end stuff. I was hoping to put my Alpine CD/DAB unit in but with the new console design I can't do a swop of the new for old. How will you get your new ICE into the console unit??
I also thought the body sat high on the springs what do you think?
I have oredered the PPP, for warranty reasons but have heard that the EcuTec may be used...will have to wait and see on that one.
I get mine from Sparshats in Southampton.

I think you can get an adapter to convert the Double DIN to single DIN for the stereo for about £15 from the dealer
I suspect the suspension will 'sit down' whan it has a few miles on it, i have had new cars before that look to be sitting high.
The car i saw had 18's on and it looked just right.
