Is this crazy?

I'm wanting to change my 5 dr scoob for a 4dr but I don't want to spend any money on the change over. I've noticed from an earlier post tonight that Broadspeed on-line will do a new Impreza GT turbo (presumably MY 00 identical to UK turbo 2000) for an unbelievable £14780 (incl VAT). As far as I can see, the only additional cost would be their fee (around £650 + VAT), first registration fee (£25), road tax (£155) and delivery to home address.
So is this right, can I buy a new scoob for about 15.5 k?
This means that I could sell my MY 98 with 25000 miles and replace it with the above and still possibly have money left over.
Have I made a mistake?

There's no details of the spec on this web site but I presume it will be RHD but otherwise Dutch spec so will probably have ABS, twin air bags and immobiliser. I think the alarm is normally fitted after arrival in UK (in UK spec cars) so it won't have the alarm.
I think the only tax payable is VAT.
Judging from other posts about selling used UK cars I might have trouble selling my MY 98. I'll speak to my dealer and if I can get more than 15.5 k, I'll be laughing.
