It's a lovely colour (my lass has made it quite clear it's her favourite, despite mine being green), but why is it called Reddish Blue? Blue and Red are completely different colours, yeah? What's going on?

I think that the reason it's called 'reddish Blue is that there are are some red flecks in the paint mix, under certain light conditions mine changes a sort of purple colour
To quote Vickie Vale: 'I just lurvvve purple...' ...

Incidentally check out Catalunya or a Black import, they've got a red fleck too, they turn a sort of Aubergine colour...sweet

Mine's reddish blue too and I'd wondered that, until my friend's daughter said "whose is that purple car?". It does look a bit purple under certain kinds of light. Looks marvellous when Zymol'ed up as well.

davidg - yeah, yeah - don't go on. I can't see it myself, and I think green is way more classy...
