If so do you know if the Subaru dealer in Sevenoaks services imports. I have a MY94 WRX. I have been advised that if you phone them they say no, but often if you just turn up, then they may service the car.

someone mention my name?

Hello,
I've never used Lancasters, but I know a few others on here do, however, I doubt that they would, being a offical Subaru Dealer, touch an import.

A Barge says, I use GDA Sports Cars in Fordcome, Graham and Nathan are top people and really know their stuff, and I'd certainly recommend them. Contact Graham on 01892 740006.

Edited to add that I'm sure one of the sales chaps (Ian Francombe) has popped along to one of my meets, yeah, he did, he brought along an STi Type UK for us to drool over, so you might want to phone and speak to him and see what he says. However, if they DO service your car, you will be paying top whack rates, whereas at GDA you don't, they are very reasonable.

Oh, and if you do go to GDA avoid the temptation of the cabinet of toys next to Graham's office, I'm always looking in it and drooling when I go over there!

If you have any Q's about GDA, email me.

I live near Lancasters and do not think they would touch an import.

I have a uk car but even when I went down to get a paint touch-up pen ,they came out to the car and took the vin number off the plate under the bonnet.

Scoobysport will do an excellent job as I have had brake upgrade and exhaust work done with no complaints and they are only 30 min drive away.

Just have a look at some of the opinions of others who have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this dealership and question if you really want to go there anyway.

Used this dealership once.... (MY02 euro import)

High priced service - low / poor customer service (unhelpful / dis-interest)

Now use Subaru Gatwick, further away but proper service...

Cheers, the number would be good if you have it. Know what you mean about the trip over to Headcorn too - gleaming twisties.
