Not sure if that's the angle of the picture but have both these cars had the smaller scoop fitted?

You'd have to ask Rum about the decals, but both scoops are standard.

Cool

Just got home....phew...knackered!! driven all over the country this weekend...stayed with Dr Evil and his good lady (Camilla ;-))....met Matt, Mark and a few others...drank loads and then called in on Uncle Josh whilst heading north ;-)

650 miles now on the clock....so 1st service looking good for later in the week....and then it really will be play-time!!!

The stickers were done by the Subaru WRC sticker design/manufacturers...they have a company called "Spanky" of all names....hence the hand imprint/logo on the car.

A big thanks to all at Subaru UK, Cross Roads (John mathers), Spanky, and Prodrive for sorting the motor so quickly!!!

It really is an awesome beast!!! In my opinion....the best yet!!

Mossman,

Not many really, as we didn't meet up until around 5pm, and I was shooting at around 1/8th @ 2.8 at 800 asa to get the ambient light. Got the pix OK, but the quality wasn't worth shooting any more.

Anyway, for what it's worth.

Josh - Nice pictures and a very nice car, it is surprising how the scoop looks smaller in the pictures than it does in the flesh.

Tom - Cracking car thanks for the short lift in it (sorry about the pine needles on the carpet). Top night out as well!

Cheers Josh! Much appreciated - I look forward to when you can work your usual magic on the photos!!! (Anyway, they look pretty good to my untrained eye!).

From what you said yesterday Rum, it's more likely to be 'Dr Please don't shout'

Tony,

Unfortunately, I don't think she was that surprised, although my Son was . However, she seems fairly impressed with the car. It has a much smother ride, and is much quieter.

Fat Bot,

That MR Traitor to you

You lucky guys! Absolutly excellent looking cars, now gone from a "maybe it will be our next car" to..."I wonder what we'll get on a px?"

Stunning.

Josh L - LMAO

Rum - glad you had a good weekend, I managed to drag myself into work by 1pm today, still not 100%!

The car is awesome mate, I just can't believe the pick up with the PPP.. much better than the STi7 PPP, and I think a few P1 owners will be pleasantly surprised!

The STi8+PPP is definitely a bit of an animal! (thanks for letting me drive it ).

Hope to catch up again soon, Alex

It was a great weekend....roll on the next event...possibly in Brum

650 miles on the clock now....might pop across and see Mossman this eve...so that'll put a few more on.

Awesome on the motorway last...the pick up in 6th is stunning...especially at 3k revs!!! he he...obviously still running it in so not going much over 3500 revs *G*

Catch up soon

Thumbs up

Josh L - I reckon they've got the old subaru feel back, certainly got kicked back in the seat in Rum's motor - can't wait to give it a go once the 1K service is done...

Rum - I can't believe I'm still feeling rough after Saturday night You're right, total lightweight!
