MY03 - differences saloon vs wagon

Is MY03 the first time that Subaru have quoted different 0-62 times for the saloon and wagon? The wagon loses by 0.2 seconds apparently... it has 10kg more gross weight - is that the only reason?
Wagon still looks cooler by the way.

Seem to remember that in Top Gear mag the saloon was listed as 5.2 and the wagon was listed as being slower.
Trouble is if you look at different mags you get a different answer as to o-60 times anyway (for lots of cars)
