By the way, I think it's an STi7 and his better half won't let him have it because she hates the Spoiler and lights.

apparently he wants a "noisy car that corners like a train"

and he has 30K to spend. That means at least a P1 or 22B IMO

With PPP of course

Mine has just been rebuilt (engine),(don't laugh, ) by Steve at A1 Rallyspares and i have just finished running it in.
I've got to take it to Steve again so he can check everything over and then i can start to play again!

It will be about 340-350 BHP i.e hybrid turbo,803 injectors,3 bar map sensor,rs 500 intercooler, just the normal stage 4 stuff really.
It dosn't cost that much to do compared with the jap cars, but i have always liked rs's and the cos was the best there was me.
My mate has a my 99 and it's standard and i'm well impressed with it to be honest, theres no doubt, i would consider buying one,but with not having enough money to buy new then i would really be in the same boat i'm in now,i.e if i bought a n-m reg scoob etc it would probly need a bit of money spending on it,which is what i have just done to my car.

Thanks, Dave.

p.s i have missed half of it now!!!!!! lol

unclebuck,

I thought he was about to let go of the steering wheel when the old turbo kicked in, now that would of been even funnier.

Speaking as an STi owner, I'm glad he didn't choose it I can guarantee that if had chosen the STi, the way he drives with one hand all the time, he would have crashed it when the diff gets busy
He's going to end up with the TVR. Bet's on how long before he looses the back end and write's it off??
Did you not see he nearly did when he had that oversteer moment when accelerating in a straight line....

They could have chosen an STi8 with PPP and ecutek 3 update, the money he spent on th eTVR he could have had a NEW scoob with 5 grand of mods....
