68 views and no one has an opinion on pricing??

blimey - must be the lack of annon's on Scoobynet - on the Elise BBS I'd have had at least 5 telling me I was selling it for 2-4k too much.... even though I'm looking to buy

Anyone got any thoughts on the right price? Or does nobody know as there are so few 5 doors up for sale?

 

I havent a clue on the value sorry.
But i cannot recall seeing any on the road.
There was one featured in the sidc magazine (true grip) last year.
I suppose its a sellers market as there are so few of them about.
One line of attack might be to contact some of the importers.
At least that way you may get a ball park figure.
I have a MY98 turbo wagon, but the sti's are really cool

130k is over mileage for that year.

5 doors fetch less than 4 doors.

Chiark - no mine is MY96 - was 18 months old when I bought it - so worth bugger all I know

I'm more interested in the what the right price is for a 5 door Sti V5/6 but there are so few around. Guess like Greg says it's a seller's market

Oh well I'll keep hunting.

 

OK. Finally looking to upgrade my trusty 5 door UK turbo in which I've done 130k in the last 5 years. Having also had a Type R I'm looking for a V5 or later (is V6 still classic shape?) Sti wagon with the full 280bhp in black, cool grey or DBM.

Now I know there are not many of these around but the ideal example was in Top Marques... cool grey, leather, 2000, X plate, 30k miles etc... only thing was the price: 18k no offers!!

Is this really the sort of price I should be looking at?? If so why are they so much more expensive than equivalent 2 or 4 doors?
