Been quite a nice day today bit of sun so I thought what teh heck I will give the scoob a clean. Plugged the hose into the outside tap turn the nozzle and nothing no water, just a dribble. So thought no problem hose is kinked so undid whole hose off the barrel and still nothing. After check every fitment and taking it apart 3 times my temper was getting a little sonuic blue . I just couldnt see what was wrong no leaks, well as many as usual.

So after 30 minutes of messing about inspiration hit and took the only fitment I hadnt tried off the end nozzle. Its a hozelock so the nozzle comes off and BTW I do did that first but this time I actaully took the attachment off from the pipe as well and a load of ice fell out. Went down the pipe and 80% of it was frozen. Then boiled a kettle and went down the pipe took about 20 minutes to defrost it and had gone dark and froze my windscreen by the time I had finished.

So learnt a value lesson, clean cars increases stress levels and should only be done in the summer .

 

Moral of the story is- Forget all the new fangled contraptions. Use a bucket m8

Moral is don't bother cleaning your car, it'll only get dirty again.
