in everyones opinon whats the best scooby you can get for around 9k?

I think probably a good nick classic wrx mabye if lucky a type ra?? any ideas?

 

Just browsing the for sale forum over the past few weeks, I have seen the following:

MY99 4dr in green with 60k for £8,400.00

You should be able to get a really good MY98 or a slightly higher miled MY99 for about 9 grand
