Yep,
In the last two days driving around in local area have seen quite a few. I'm new to Scoobies and pleased to see that a couple of the drivers have waved/acknoweldged me, didn't think this still happened (did in my old Beetle though!!).
Shame there's no local group in the area.

I think it was because once I had bought mine, I would look out for others really hard just to wave

No Essex groups??? Check out the Southern meets. The Halfway House (on the A127, 2 miles east of the M25) next meet on the 13th March. I can't make it next time but you'll be more then welcome to go along. You've also got the Flat Four who also meet on the old A130 (forgot the name of the pub) whose next meet will probably be on the 20th March and of course the meet on the front in Southend on the first Saturday of the month. There's 3 to be getting on with.
Where about in Essex are you??
