Does the STi 8 have a change up light on the Rev Counter.

As I have read a couple of posts from guys with STi 7s who talk about setting there change up light to 6500 revs or 7000 etc.

Question

Can you actually set the rev limit on these, as I have read that it makes a noise if you go over it?

I was never able to find the instructions in my owners' manual (to which Dave T-S referred me with some acidity) Its the little **** on the dash cover to the left of the odometer zeroing button, and is well hidden by your left hand when you adjust the odometer, so not immediately obvious.
