I'm sure that this isn't too interesting, but just worked out my first 2 tanks of fuel consumption in my MY03 WRX

25mpg using Optimax, although I'm sure this will drop through the floor once I get passed the running in 4,000 rev limit!

I was expecting something more horrific.

Thumbs down

MY02 WRX I consistently got 27mpg while running in, now settled at 19-20mpg Not only the rev limit but speed and consumption tend to increase when you get used to the car.

When I filled it up, it was on the E mark and I got 49.48 litres into it. I guess the reserve on the tank would be about 5-10 litres, so that makes a tank of about 55-60 litres.
