Not tonight scumbag
#1
Just giving my Scoob the once over from my bedroom window before retiring for the night when I notice a youth in dark clothes leaning an A(?) frame mountain bike against the lampost outside my house.
Said youth then ambles up the road looking around all the while.
I get dressed and go downstairs, out the back door, down the side alley and arrive at my side gate as he is coming back down the road.
He stops behind my car and just as he starts toward it he spots me leaning on my gate staring at him, he does a quick turn around hops on his bike and clears off.
I phone police, give them a description and they said they'd look out for him. There's not much they can do as he was only acting suspiciously.
Needless to say I'm not going to sleep much tonight, but that's nothing compared to what he'll get if I see him again.

What a stupid tw*t, just after I posted this message I turned the PC off, looked out the front window and there he was again!!! two houses up, with a torch peering into the back of two cars on the drive. My sensible head took over and I phoned the police again.
By the time I'd got out the house and up the side alley and onto the road they were there, 100 yds up the road talking to him.
I walked up there to let them know I was around and to get a good look at him.
He is known to the police, he lives in London, travels out to the suburbs by tube with his bike, rides around looking for easy targets and then returns home on the train.
They had too let him go after searching him (nothing found).
Part of me says I shouldn't have phoned the police the 2nd time but gone and had a go and given him a kicking. Trouble is I'm a law abiding citizen (apart from the odd speeding incident)and I have a responsibility to my family to be there for them, not in prison for handing a beating to a lowlife.
I was right, I didn't sleep much and feel tired now, I watched some of the Australian GP qualifying but that wasn't very interesting.
At the end of the day I think I did the right thing, he wasn't targetting my Scoob, he was looking for easy prey.
He didn't get any.
I know you won't read this you scumbag (you probably can't read anyway) but I won tonight

You done exactly the right thing spender, if you had bashed him one of 3 things could happen :
You would be charged with GBH
He wouldn't tell the police but pay you visit with the boys
He knifes you to get away and you die
Well done for being sensible and observant.

Who said I don't have a picture of him?
Maybe I have, maybe I haven't.
One thing is for sure, I am more intelligent than him, and if I did decide to hand out some rough justice I won't get caught doing it......................
But, as I said before, I am a law abiding citizen and probably won't get drawin into anything.
Mind you, if I find him in my house he's a d**d man.

Can you give more of a description?
Being Herts based, I'll like to spot trouble before anything happens.
Can't beleive the police know who he is and what he does, practically catch him 'in the act' and then do nothing. Surely a trip to the local station and a caution at the least?

You did the right thing!
Sadly this incident "never happened", as no crime has been committed, you would not get a crime reference number, so the official statistics are all fluffy bunnies.
Still, you probably saved someone a bit of grief (including yourself) and said scum might now stay away from your area.

I left my missus Golf Gti Mk2 outside my flat last Saturday night while I took my scoob down to London, get back to find soem scum has damaged both doors and dented both doors, and f*****ed the interior to nick the stereo, probaably about a grands worth of damage. Makes me sick, where I park my car I can see it from my window, so say if they ever come back and I lamp then one with the plank of wood I have in my room, I get a bolloxing I guess.
I would not of minded the loss of the stereo so much if the car had been so marked up with what looked like one blunt screw driver.
Since the incident I've become more paranoid and dis-trustful for my scoob, who ever took the stereo can't have any respect for cars or other peoples property, this Saturday night I will be keeping an eye out!
