Cheers Darren.It won't be ready in time for the Top Speed Challenge at Woodbridge next Sunday,too much moding to get done.I will be in the UK300.

But it will be making its first public appearance at the Southend meet the first Saturday in April.

Tony I think you are right.They do seem to be pulling out all the stops to give customer service above & beyond.I know the sales figures for the bug eye era took a mauling.So damage limitation & good PR are the order of the day.All good in the long run for us punters.

And I will give credit where it is due,but will not suffer fools gladly.

I hope you have some pictures of it to get you through the sleepless nights, waiting. LOL My STi7PPP is 1 on 1st of April and it's my birthday too my wife will have to make two cakes

A big pat on the back to IM & especially to Alan Langham in "Parts/Accessories" at IM & to Tim Taylor at Osborne's & to Prodrive.

For chasing up the VIN number for my car when the boat it was on had barely docked,for ordering the PPP on 22nd Feb,for invoicing it on 27th Feb & for getting it picked,packed & dispatched to reach Osborne's by 1st March.That's not a bad turn-around when you think of all the STi7 delays.

Alan made several follow-up calls,as did Tim,to give progress reports on the PPP & Alan also helped with a colour coding/spoiler supply problem.

So now the car has arrived,& all the bits are there ready & waiting to be fitted.Result.

Isn't it great when a plan comes together? The A Team.
