Had my STI for 3 weeks now and have noticed when washed, with the sun beating down on the sides of the car that it has hase marks. Not the little fine scratches which all paints have, but like an over polished effect.

When I had it`s 1st service the other day the dealer said that they where all like this, is this true???

Oh and boy does this car shift, after it`s service. I`m sure it will become quicker with even more miles on. I can`t imagine what the PPP would do to it, I must book a testdrive. But at the minute it`s quick enough.

Subaru paint is rubbish.

However if you have a word with Mark Underwood
(waxwizard@blueyonder.co.uk) he will be able to advise on how to improve the finish.
