Just had PPP fitted to my STI8. When I got home to show it off I noticed that the intercooler hose is not blue with Prodrive written on it. The top hose is still black and the one you can just see under the intercooler is red, is this right?????
Can I have a quick answer please so I can sleep tonight.

This was a question that I was going to ask also. I've just got my STi fitted with PPP from new and the dealer told me the only difference I would see under the bonnet would be the pipe you mentioned with Prodrive written on it. But mine appears to be the original also.

There is no mention of pipes on the specs on the Prodrive or Subaru 'Performance Accessories' I am pretty sure my pipes aren't different either....will have another look tomorrow but I am sure Chuckster said his had changed

Deffo on WRX only, STi has upgraded hoses from factory.

Well as far as I can see on my STi8 with PPP fitted all hoses are black....though could be looking in the wrong place.....can someone post a pic of the 'offending' pipes
