Is it poss yet and where would one go to order a new MY03 STI8 import, and is it possible to get a PPP for it ?
OR...Is there another way to go, ie is uk spec with PPP comprable etc?

When I went for the PPP on my UK supplied WRX the dealer asked me if it was a UK car and not an import. They also asked to see my warranty booklet and verified the chassis number as a UK car, so to answer your question I would say no, they will not fit PPP to a parallel import.

Should be able to get PPP fitted by the dealer that sells you the car (prob easier at new than after 1000 miles )

I think i read some where on here to get ppp on an import it has to back abroad to the original supplying dealer

Mark's correct: PPP has to be supplied in the country of origin. Even Prodrive cannot fit the kit; it has to go back to the appropriate country.

I've also heard that if fitting the stuff abroad, the dealer won't do it until it has 1000kms on it. Bit of a hassle if the dealers an overnight ferry trip away!
