So I've got clear indicators at the front now, right.. but the problem is, see, is that there's these big 'orrible orange wedge fings underneef 'em which stand out and look BLOOMIN' 'ORRIBLE! So obviously, I'll get them colour coded but I've got just one question...

what are they for, other than looking stoopid? (car's an MY00)

I was going to do mine bodycolour, but black might look good, especially as I'm going to replace the big honeycomb at the front with a badgless grille (MRO) so it'll look good with lots of black 'holes' in the front - more imposing to the poor sap infront

nice Andy, thanx. Like the idea of black indicators- good to do a common mod a bit different!

I think I'll go for colour coded orange bits.

Still wanna know WHY they're there and WHY they're orange!

I've been to Scoobysport today (new front brakes, lovely) and asked them...

the orange wedges do, and I quote... "nothing"

Nice one subaru for making useless items bright orange! I guess it's so they go with the indicators, but they're a bitch when you've got clears...

Darkblueturbo Ive got the same problem mate Ive not changed the indicators yet but i still think the wedgies look naff, im either going to paint em body colour or black - cant decied and no they dont seem to have a purpose.

I painted mine black this evening and they look damn fine with a set of black indicators on a MY00 DBM car!
