Hello Shark,
I don't know.
The nice part of the story is, that my dealer was so friendly to pay in front... (they are claiming it later on from the insurance company)
So how he paid, I don't know (yet)....

Hello everybody.
I need urgent help for a situation, which I described below.
Due to a wrecked front bumper and grille, I decided to go for an aftermarket one.
After doing some research, I noticed a company in the UK, which could supply me a nice bumper and grille.
It was very, very hard to get in contact with them (from info to order, took me about 2 months.
Trying to call them was horrible. The phoneline was often busy or not answered.
Finally, I arranged the order and everything was settled, I thought....
The money was paid, and now it was waiting for arrival of the parts. The delivery time should be about 3 weeks, as the company said.
At this time, we are in the eight week, so they are 5 weeks overdue.
Ok, there can be a slight delay in delivery (bumper is made by order), but 5 weeks?
Also another strange thing is, that the phone isn't being answered anymore and they aren't also replying emails.
Is there a certain kind of holiday at this time in The UK?
My question is:
Is there anyone from here who can help me out?
For example: Is there anyone, who is living or working in the neighbourhood of the company and can have a look for me. (Maybe they are bankrupt (I don't know, just guessing))

BERAGHMORE ROAD
L’DERRY (which should be Londonderry, I guess))
BT48 8SE
