think mine took them 2-3 hrs to fit... those bolts can be a pain... I expect they are on about the ones that hold the downpipe to the turbo? 4 days though, is a bit extreme - didnt they give you a loan car when it ran into its second day?

No, and the worst bit is that i am applying for a job with them and i don't want to complain too much else it might look bad.

I would love a loan car as well becasue they are all Bentleys, Rolls and Morgans. (Yeah right, i know)

 

I am fuming they have now gone and broke the maifold bolt becasue they say that it was on too tight. So having taken my car in on Monday morning I will now not get it back untill Thursday afternoon at best.

Do you think i should ask for some sort of compensation for being without a car for so long. I have lost business because of it!
