Spotted a white "classic" shape 02 plate Scoob this morning what the **** is going on there then????

Probably sat around un-registered for an age, then it was bought and registered.

I remember reading a couple of years ago about a Lancia Delta Integrale that was still sitting in a showroom unregistered. I don't know if it was ever registered. I think it was for sale at quite a high price. It does happen.

 

I saw a classic on that year as well a few months back traveling south on the m1 towards nottingham. Anybodys on here ?
