Simon,

Picking up on the other thread regarding your occasional axe weilding ...

I was thinking about forming a band for the occasion with Scoobynet members. We could learn a short act (say, 30 minutes max, covers), and end the concert with a (to be written) Scoobynet song ...

I always feel that a good track day should be topped off with a concert... We could do the same in the Scooby-aid thing.

In this modern day and age, we can do a lot with internet, so we wouldn't even have to practise that much (maybe, say, 2 days in advance).

We can also record the Scoobynet song, put it on CD, and sell it on (money again going to charity)

After this act, you could think of inviting a real band, or a comic, or whatever ... to make it a real happening.

Thoughts ? Anyone game ?

Sounds like a superd idea!!

Could be a bitch to organise though. There are a few musicians on the board though..

Ian and Jase... what do you reckon?

I'll be up for it...

I'm a bit rusty mind, but I'm sure I can remember the odd power chord and legato sweep!

hehe

I tell you what!!! We could organise all the musicians that fancy it and do an instrumental scoobynet theme (words can be a bit cheesy??).

We could then give everyone a lead break!

just an idea

Cheers

Simon
