EB and I have both tried , on three different PCs to enter the LIVE CHAT section of Scooby net... but have failed miserably. We have inserted the correct passwords each time but keep getting the "invalid password or screen name" message. Help !

Is your username spot on (capitals as required and all)?

 

just tried, log on ok but no response???

 

I have never been able to log in either.

 

Webmaster posted a few weeks back there is a problem with new accounts (created within the last few months) that they wont be able to access chat. I guess the username and passwords need to be ported to the chat server.

Haven't ever been able to get in with this account which must be atleast 10+ months old! Did email in the last half of last year but never got a response.....

 

Chat lets me log in my password etc and then seems to go through but then doesnt open the chat forum, it just has the advertising page

 

Ditto here - only for the last couple of nights, though. Gets to the CONNECT screen and just sits there....

 

me too, tried all the advice given on 'getting in', even had my e-mails responded to but none worked, now believe it is a SN esoteric jest at all of us who don't make the grade? If we could be just a bit more funny or knowledgeable then maybe oneday...........

 

Thanks for all the feed back people, looks like I'm not alone with this prob. and yes I've taken great care to type in required info exactly as it should be ..

 

I take it all back, maybe its because its quiet at the meoment or whatever ..... but I just tried again and managed to enter Scooby chat with no trouble at all. Try it folks ... think its up and running now.
