I hope that was filmed from a suitably silenced helicopter that met whatever noise regs were in force at that particular minute of the day.
Mind you the pilot (I wonder who that was then
) might have been cheating the noise meters by reducing the revs as he flew over them.

My STi7 300 bhp PPP'd had no problems with Static test which, I could not influence as Autodrome Employee had meter and Autodrome employee watched Rev counter
It also sailed through the 'Driveby' test
My Car was DRIVEN by an Autodrome employee with me by his side so IMPOSSIBLE for ME to influence the driveby reading
he did remark that my car goes REAL well
